What stands out about Illinois and North Carolina?
"I just have connected with the coaches at North Carolina," he said. "At Illinois, I have a connection with Coach Beathard. Plus, both of them have former players that went to Butler."
Bell maintains he still has no leaders.
What is he looking for in a college?
"Basically I want a winning program. I'll be looking at the success they are having and if they'll continue to have that success once I get there."
In the meantime, the No. 8 prospect in North Carolina has helped his team to an 8-0 record.
"We have three games left before the playoffs," he said. "Even though we have a lot of young players on this team, we've come together with the coaches.
"I've been playing kind of low the past two or three games. Teams are paying attention to me more, but my quickness has improved a lot this season."
