Four-star Juco WR racks up offers

Four-star standout wide receiver Ruben Jackson (5-11, 190, 4.38) from City College (Calif.) San Francisco (CCSF) is ripping it up on the Juco level just as he did when he was a human highlight film when playing for Stockton (Calif.) Edison two years ago.
This talented wide receiver/return man has offers on the table from Cal, Arizona, Oregon State, Utah, San Diego State, Texas A&M and Oklahoma.

It must be said that Jackson is very good friends with San Diego State star running back Lynell Hamilton. They were high school teammates.
Don’t look for Jackson to set any visits anytime soon. He wants to concentrate on the rest of season as he and his 10-0 CCSF teammates are getting ready to take on Fresno College in the Hawaiian Punch Bowl.
The winner of the game will play in the JC National Championship game.
“I will set up my visits after the season,” Jackson said. “I don’t have any schools specifically in mind I just want to concentrate on my season.”
No one can blame Jackson for that because he has been stellar all season long.
In 10 games, Jackson has caught 62 passes for 1,214 and 12 touchdowns.
In Jackson’s last game alone he had 14 receptions for 188 yards and two touchdowns.
One of the things that Jackson has been known for is as an electrifying return man. He no longer is returning kicks for CCSF. Let Jackson explain.
“They never kick it to me anymore,” Jackson said. “So our coach put someone else out there.”
During Jackson’s senior season at Edison he finished the season catching 37 passes for over 600 yards and seven touchdowns.
Jackson was also used as a running back rushing for over 200 yards and four touchdowns. He was also lethal retuning punts and kicks. He had five special teams touchdowns.
Jackson will be a May grad and will have 3x2 years of eligibilty.
