Four-star impressed by Nebraska trip

D.J. Foster went to Nebraska this weekend to experience something different and everything went so well that the Huskers are under serious consideration as the Scottsdale (Ariz.) Saguaro athlete gets closer to a decision.
"At first I was going in there to see a different type of football and I loved everything about it," Foster said.

"I definitely have a lot more thinking to do and talk to my family because I had a really good time. I loved every part of it - the campus, the weight room, everything academic-wise. I loved everything."
Foster, a four-star prospect by Rivals.com, will visit Oregon next weekend for its matchup against Arizona State and then he could be ready to make his commitment.
He said the Sun Devils, Ducks and Huskers are basically his three finalists. For a while, Arizona State was considered the favorite.
"After that visit (to Oregon) hopefully I can make a decision and then end it sometime soon after that," Foster said.
Nebraska is definitely under consideration for Foster, rated as the fifth-best athlete, No. 84 in the 2012 class and second in the Arizona state rankings by Rivals.com. Only five-star offensive tackle Andrus Peat is rated higher.
Foster's weekend in Lincoln did enough to keep Nebraska in contention with one visit left before he sits down with his family to make his pledge.
"I had a really good time at Nebraska," Foster said. "It exceeded my expectations. The weather was actually pretty nice, during the game there was a little rain, but it was really nice and pretty cool.
"It was crazy there. Out of all the places and everything they by far have the best fan base I've seen. All the support and the stadium selling out like that all the time every home game is just crazy."
