Four-star Georgia RB down to four

Four-star LaGrange (Ga.) running back
Skyler Thornton says he's narrowed his decision down to four
schools.
Florida, Arkansas and South Carolina were previously
scheduled for official visits in January, and Georgia Tech is about to round
out the semifinalists on his list.
"Those are my final four teams," he said. "I don't
really have a favorite right now. I'm going to finish up the season and then
start trying to figure out which one of those is the best when I make my
visits."
No date has been finalized for his official visit to
Georgia Tech.
Is there a possibility of a fifth team entering the
equation?
"No, not really," he said. "I think it will be one
of those."
Coaches can begin in-home visits again this week,
but Thornton said he didn't anticipate having any visitors. "To my
knowledge, nobody has set anything up this week," he said. "That's probably
good because we've got our toughest game yet coming up next Friday."
Thornton (6-0, 195, 4.45) is a member of the Rivals.com
Southeast
Top 100 team and the No. 16 running back in the nation. He
has rushed for more than 1,400 yards and 31 touchdowns this season in
leading LaGrange to a 12-0 record. He had 132 yards and four touchdowns on
only 14 carries in Friday's playoff win.
