Parker found much to like in Minneapolis.
"It went good," he said. "The city is nice. They have a good football program. I'd have the opportunity to go there and play. They need playmakers and I can do that.
"And it was the first time I've seen snow. I loved it. It wasn't too cold."
Parker has made official visits to Minnesota and North Carolina State.
"I have Florida State Jan. 20," he said. "I go to Miami, probably the first weekend in January."
When asked if he is considering any other schools, Parker said, "North Carolina, South Carolina, and the Georgia Bulldogs.
"I don't have a favorite. I think I'll take all five visits."
The 6-foot-0 and 175-pound Parker caught 45 passes for over 1100 yards and 11 touchdowns during his senior season. Parker also had seven other touchdowns and accounted for 1800 all-purpose yards.
Parker is the No. 14 wide receiver prospect in the Rivals.com player rankings and the No. 35 prospect in the state of Florida.
