Four-star DE down to four

Things are getting narrowed down for Stone Mountain (Ga.) Stephenson defensive end Jermaine Cunningham as he has cut his list and is getting ready to embark on his first three official visits.
With offers coming from seemingly all over the country, the 6-foot-3, 200-pound Cunningham has shaved his list to four teams. Those four are Florida, Auburn, Georgia, and Tennessee. Now he'll trip to two of those when he goes to Auburn on Nov. 19 and Florida on Nov. 25.

However, there is one surprise for his third trip.
"I'm also going down to watch Virginia Tech take on Miami for an official visit," Cunningham said. "That's a real big game so I wanted to see that and stuff."
Virginia Tech appears to be a wildcard in the race for the four-star Rivals250 member. The other two visits seem to be definite contenders.
"I'm just hoping to see the schools, the facilities, and what kind of environment is there," Cunningham said. "I also want to see what the coaching staff is like. I closed the doors on a lot of schools because these four have really been calling me a lot."
Georgia and Tennessee have not been set up as of yet, but that doesn't look too far off. However, Cunningham said he could have a decision as early as late next month after only three trips.
"It could be as early as then," Cunningham said. "I don't know. I just have to see how everything goes and then I'll know when I might commit."
It appears that Virginia Tech also may not be the last team to possibly sneak in a visit from Cunningham.
"I have thought about seeing Memphis," Cunningham said. "I haven't made a decision about that yet."
