Four-Star DB Opens Up List

Clifton (Va.) Centreville cornerback Marcus Hamilton might not be down to just two schools after all.

“I watched that All-American Bowl on TV and saw a few players there who looked good,” said Hamilton, a 6-foot-1, 180-pound shutdown corner who was amazingly overlooked when the teams were chosen. “Will Blackmon and AJ Davis looked good and the whole thing got me thinking a bit more.”

Hamilton, who was supposed to be down to Maryland and Virginia, now says he could take a couple more trips.

“I told Boston College that I’d like to visit and I might call up North Carolina if I don’t visit Georgia,” he said. “I want to play with other good defensive backs so I’m interested in playing with Stefan Orange at UVA and now I think it would be interesting to play with Blackmon at BC. I still like Virginia and Maryland the best, but I’m still looking.”
