Four-star considering fifth visit

PHOENIX - Four visits are in the books for four-star offensive lineman Alex Kozan and the Castle Rock (Colo.) Valor Christian standout said one more might be necessary before he makes his decision.
The 6-foot-4, 295-pound prospect said here at the Semper Fidelis All-American Bowl on Thursday that he's considering a final trip to either Oklahoma or Oregon but he's not sure yet.

There is hardly any chance that Kozan announces his decision this week but promises he doesn't want to waste anyone's time, either.
"I looked into that and I don't really feel like I'm ready right now and if I'm not ready I'm not going to rush into anything," Kozan said. "That's kind of what I'm thinking right now.
"I've taken four visits and I'm looking at possibly taking one more to Oklahoma and I'm considering Oregon. I don't know yet. It's going to be one of those two for maybe the last visit. I don't know if I'll take that fifth visit, I'm still deciding."
So far, Kozan has visited Iowa in September, Ohio State in November and Michigan and Auburn in December. Heading down to SEC country was his most-recent trip and Kozan said he's definitely interested in the Tigers.
All four remain contenders but Kozan isn't ready to finalize anything.
"All four of those schools are great schools," Kozan said. "I visited all of them unofficially which is why I chose to visit them officially. I knew they were great schools and all four are still high on my list. Those are the four I'm focusing on right now.
"(Auburn) is a great school in the SEC, a great Christian atmosphere and Jeff Grimes is an outstanding offensive line coach. They develop players well and you have a chance to compete against the best of the best in the SEC."
Kozan's Valor Christian team finished 14-0 this season. He said he probably projects as an offensive guard in college.
