Johnson and his Dorsey teammates will host Carson, Calif., in the opening round of the Los Angeles City Section playoffs this Thursday Night, November 17th.
"I'm going to the recruiting process on the backburner," Johnson said. "I'm just going to concentrate on the playoffs. I'm going to think about any recruiting stuff until the after the playoffs."
"I was going to go the UCLA game this past weekend but my transportation was messed up," Johnson said. "I want to go to the SC game, but I'm not sure if I will yet."
"I will be going to the UCLA/USC game," Johnson said. "I'm there."
Johnson has been selected to play in the US Army All-American game and said he will also participate in the Cali/Florida Bowl game.
In an earlier interview with Rivals.com, Johnson had the following to say about his favorite colleges.
"I have a lot of offers and I don't want to leave any schools out," Johnson said. "But I have been thinking a lot about USC, UCLA, Cal, LSU, Florida, Ohio State and Fresno State."
Johnson is a member of the Rivals.com Rivals250 team for the class of 2006. His solid play as a senior has seen him move up a notch. He was rated as the nations' No. 6 middle linebacker prospect and now he's ranked No. 5.
