Four star back has change of heart

Pottstown (Pa.) Pottsgrove running back Brent Carter, who committed to Virginia a week ago, has changed his mind. Carter has now decided he will play his college football for Joe Paterno and the Penn State Nittany Lions.
The 6-foot-3 and 205-pound Carter made official visits to Penn State, Virginia, Boston College, and Rutgers, and had scholarship offers from all four schools as well as others.
Carter, who rushed for over 1500 yards during his senior season, is the No. 18 running back prospect in the Rivals.com player rankings and the No. 9 prospect in the state of Pennsylvania.
