Four star athlete has season on mind

Four star athlete prospect Lavelle Hawkins (5-11, 170, 4.42) from Stockton (Calif.) Edison has been an athlete in every since of the word in 2003. He has played both wide receiver and quarterback as a senior.
“I think have about 20 catches this season,” Hawkins said. “My stats as a receiver aren’t as good as I would have expected because I have been playing quarterback a lot this season.”
“I have around 600 yards passing and 500 yards rushing,” Hawkins said. “I have around 15 total touchdowns including rushing, passing and receiving.”
“I have been concentrating on my senior season,” Hawkins said. “So I don’t know if any other offers have come in.”
“Tennessee, LSU and Cal were the offers I knew about before the season began,” Hawkins said. “My coach is setting up trips for me to LSU, Miami and Oklahoma.”
“I have no favorites at this time and I’m keeping an open mind,” Hawkins said. “I will take my trips after the season ends.”
Edison currently stands at 6-2 and will hook up with Beer Creek this Friday Evening.
