Four offers for top 2013 QB

Ashburn (Va.) Stone Bridge quarterback Ryan Burns had a busy but productive summer. The 6-foot-5, 218-pound signal caller is only a junior but already has visited and camped at a number of schools.
"I took a few visits and camped at about six or seven schools this summer," said Burns. "Right now I am just excited that it is over. I did a lot of visiting and stuff this summer so I will probably calm it down next summer and make my decision before my senior season."

Burns already has scholarships from Boston College, Stanford, Virginia and Rutgers. The standout Virginia native says he is being pursued mainly by teams that run a pro-style offense and is hoping to see more offers soon.
"Florida State, Florida and Penn State are the three biggest schools showing interest right now," said Burns.
Burns says at this point he is very open and has no favorites. He was able to take visits to all the schools that have offered him, and shared his thoughts.
"All of them were great schools," said Burns. "Stanford has a beautiful campus and it is perfect all year round. Boston College is smaller and has a more private feel and is a great school. Rutgers' coaches are great guys and great coaches, and I obviously have a home bias towards Virginia."
Burns has his first high school game next Thursday. His team has been in the state championship the last three years, but has only won it once. His goal is to do whatever it takes to help his team win it again this year.
