Foreman plans Big 12 visit

Tyler Foreman had seriously considered an official visit to Oklahoma and the Encino (Calif.) Crespi defensive back has taken the next step and has set one up.
The 6-foot-1, 161-pound three-star prospect said he will attend the Oklahoma-Kansas State game in September and he's excited to see what the Sooners can offer.

"I'm taking an official to Oklahoma," Foreman said. "I'm really excited to see it, to check out the environment and to see the game. It's something my dad and I talked about and we're looking forward to it.
"It's going to be an eye-opener. I've never been there before so it would be a breaking point to see what happens."
Foreman, rated as the No. 31 safety in the 2013 class by Rivals.com and No. 49 in the California state rankings by Rivals.com, has also been hearing more from Wisconsin and it's something that's piqued his interest.
It is still preliminary with the Badgers but Foreman is going to do his homework to see if it's a real opportunity.
"I'm in contact with Wisconsin now," Foreman said. "That's something new. I just got a few letters that said they're really interested in me so I'm going to give them a call to see what they're talking about."
So far, Foreman has landed offers from Arizona, Arizona State, Boise State, Cal, Cincinnati, Colorado, Hawaii, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Oregon State, UCLA, Utah and Washington.
He has played cornerback at a few camps - like at USC - and excelled so he's going to take his time with recruiting to see what else pops up. Foreman said he plans to take all five official visits and will schedule the others later on.
"I haven't thought about the rest yet, just that one to Oklahoma for sure," Foreman said. "I think I'm going to take all five."
