Forcier excited by latest offer

A few months back, we predicted that San Diego (Calif.) St. Augustine quarterback Chris Forcier would have double digit scholarship offers by the time the May evaluation period rolled around. At the rate he's currently going, the standout quarterback could hit double figures by the end of the month.
It seems like almost every day, Forcier is landing a new scholarship offer. Earlier in the week we reported Nebraska had offered and this past Friday, Texas A&M and UCLA followed suit giving the quarterback eight offers on the table. The offer from the Bruins was especially exciting for Forcier since it's a school he has had near the top of his list for some time.

"That was really the one I wanted," Forcier said. "I was very excited when it came in and I really like the coaches at UCLA and what they have to offer. My plan is still the same though, I'm still going to take several unofficial trips in the summer. It's still really early in the process and I'm not planning to make an early commitment but UCLA is definitely at the top of my list right now.
"I've visited with the coaches a couple of times already and I'm really comfortable with them. I'm planning to go to their Junior Day March 4 and will also watch some of their spring practice."
Along with the above schools mentioned, Foricer has also been offered by Wisconsin, San Diego State, Mississippi, Mississippi State and Oregon.
