Foles enjoys trip to Ole Miss

Austin (Texas) Westlake quarterback Nick Foles hauled in two early offers from Duke and Ole Miss, but he's been busy checking out several schools hitting the road.
After visiting Arizona and Arizona State just within the last few weeks, he took in Ole Miss for a visit to some spring practices this past weekend. The 6-foot-5, 230-pounder liked what he saw.

"We met all of the coaches, watched two practices and a scrimmage," Foles said. "Then we also got to take a tour of the campus, see the business school, and check out the athletic facilities. That was pretty much it.
"They didn't pressure me or anything to commit. They understand what I'm going through and they want me to take my time."
The trip to Arizona to see the in-state schools there wasn't just at random. Foles said his father opened a restaurant out there and he took advantage of the time to Pac-10 country to check out both schools.
They went so well that he's going to be taking a return trip to Arizona State very soon.
"Yeah I want to go back to ASU in a couple of weeks," he said. "I think we're going to watch their spring practice. I'm also going to try to watch Texas for their spring practice as well."
Foles says he doesn't have any clear favorites. Right now, he's open.
"I mean I like Ole Miss, I like Arizona State, Texas has shown a little bit of interest, but nothing is really set for me right now," he said.
