Fobbs stays in state
Miamisburg, Ohio, two-star safety Sean Fobbs had a pretty impressive resume of scholarship offers. The 6-foot-1, 205-pounder picked up early offers from Kentucky, Akron, Bowling Green, Buffalo, Eastern Michigan and others, but he decided late last night to go ahead and pull the trigger.
"I'm heading to Akron," Fobbs said. "I just felt comfortable with the coaches, players and it was the right fit for me."

Fobbs is rated a two-star prospect by Rivals.com. OhioVarsity.com rates him one of the top 10 safety
prospects in Ohio for the class of 2007.
Fobbs missed his entire sophomore season with a torn ACL but returned in 2005 to record 50 tackles, two interceptions and six deflections.
