Flynn still likes Devils, Buffs

Torrance (Calif.) South Torrance two-star and California top 100 safety Kyle Flynn has had an up and down season on the field because of an injury. But the good news is that it’s going back up now.
“I didn’t play in the first two games because I sprained an ankle in hell week,” Flynn, who is 6-foot and 177 pounds, said. “I came back and played a little on defense against Torrance. Then this week against Canyon County I did pretty good.

“We lost by eight points, but I had 10 receptions for 184 yards and a touchdown. I also had five or six tackles on defense.”
Playing on both sides of the ball is something that Flynn, who projects as a safety or an athlete, doesn’t mind.
“I want them to use me all over the field,” he said.
When it comes to recruiting, Flynn still has one offer from Arizona State, but he admits that Colorado has really been showing him a lot of interest lately.
“Colorado has been calling me a lot,” he said. “I haven’t heard from Arizona State in a while, but I’m not expecting to hear from them every week since they’ve offered me. I’ve also talked to Portland State. I will visit Arizona State and Colorado, after that, I’m wide open.
“It’s too early to say there is a leader since I have visits to take.”
