Floridian looking at Big Ten

Pompano Beach (Fla.) Ely's Michael Holton began his senior season at wide receiver before moving to defensive end after two games. Holton was a starter at tight end during his junior season. Recruiters are divided as to whether he will play tight end, defensive end, or outside linebacker in college.
When asked about recruiting and the schools he is looking at, Holton said, "My top five are Florida, Auburn, Clemson, Wisconsin, and Indiana."
"And I'm also looking at UCF, Florida State, Michigan State, Oklahoma State, and Ohio State calls some."
"Right now my top three are Florida, Auburn, and Indiana. Florida, Auburn, and UCF have offered me."
"Clemson called tonight. They want me to make an official visit in a couple weeks. Indiana wants me to visit in a few weeks."
"Auburn said Oct. 15. That's the only one I have set up right now."
The 6-foot-4 and 225 pound Holton caught four passes during his junior season. He runs the 40-yard dash in 4.55 seconds and has a 2.4 GPA.
