Florida TE considers two Big Ten schools

"I don't know who all of my offers are from," Daytona Beach (Fla.) Mainland tight end Brian Ellis said. "But some of them are Florida State, LSU, Oklahoma, UCF, Tennessee, Nebraska, South Carolina, North Carolina, Michigan, and Ohio State. Those are ones I know of off the top of my head."
"I don't have any top schools yet. I haven't scheduled any official visits."
"I'm going to try to visit LSU, Florida State and UCF. I don't know the other two yet."
The 6-foot-4 and 235 pound Ellis caught 27 passes and scored two times during his junior season. He is the No. 38 overall prospect in the state of Florida in the player rankings and the country's No. 9 tight end prospect.
Ellis was asked about the two Big Ten schools he mentioned.
"I'm considering Ohio State and Michigan," Ellis said. "I don't know that much about those two, but I'll definitely take a look."
