Ousmane Kromah waited until midway through his senior to commit to Georgia.

Come National Signing Day, the top-100 recruit had a late change of plans.

Kromah, the No. 6-ranked RB in the Rivals250 out of South Georgia, flipped his commitment from the in-state Bulldogs to Florida State.

The Seminoles finished just behind Georgia during Kromah's mid-fall decision and continued to chip away at the 6-foot-2, 218-pound grinder leading into the Early Signing Period. That includes a return visit to The Plains in November just two weeks before signing.

The Seminoles have been aiming to add another blue-chip back to their star-studded 2025 recruiting haul and have amplified their efforts to bring in Kromah, the No. 99 overall recruit in the Rivals250, in recent weeks as the signing window approaches.

Kromah made visits to Auburn and then to Florida State before National Signing Day.
