"Ohio State is in a great town. It's a great school.
"They have a nice football program. The coaches are great. Everything was run so neat."
When asked which of his three visits he liked best, Jones said, "This one would have to take the cake."
However Jones is not ready to proclaim the Buckeyes the team to beat.
"I don't have a leader," he said. "I have to take my last two visits."
Jones will visit Florida Jan. 20 and LSU Jan. 27.
Jones said going away from home would not bother him, nor would cold weather.
"It was cold when I got to Ohio State on Friday, but I adapted to it. It didn't bother me. Ohio State has a legit shot."
The 6-foot-1 and 182 pound Jones made 120 tackles including six sacks during his senior season. Jones also intercepted three passes.
Jones is the No. 11 outside linebacker prospect in the Rivals.com player rankings and the No. 16 prospect in the state of Florida.
