One of the Sunshine State’s emerging sleepers has seen his recruitment heat up in recent weeks.
Jacksonville (Fla.) Andrew Jackson running back George Stripling has added another scholarship offer and set up four official visits.

“Georgia Tech has offered me now,” he said. “They came by the school not too long ago and told me they were offering, so I’ve set up a visit with them on the 30th of January.
“I have three other visits set up in January – UCF on the 9th, Louisville on the 16th and East Carolina on the 23rd.”
Stripling (6-1, 180, 4.4) said the Yellow Jackets are his current leader, followed closely by Louisville.
“It’s one of them,” he said. “They both have a lot of good things I like. They need a running back after next year, so the depth chart looks good. I like their coaches. Both of those programs have done a pretty good job in the last few years. They have good academic programs that I like.
"Georgia Tech is closer to home, so that gives them a little bit of an edge.”
As a senior, Stripling rushed for 2,102 yards and 26 touchdowns.
Academically, he maintains a 2.8 GPA and has scored a 17 on the ACT.
