Aaron Fryer has expanded his
list of scholarship offers early in his senior season.
Fryer, a member the Rivals.com
Florida Top 100 team and one of the nation's top-rated
running backs, now has offers
from Boston College, Pitt, South Florida, Iowa, Cal, Rutgers, Duke and
Central Florida.
"I don't really have a favorite yet, but I've made
an official visit to Boston College," he said. "I was up there for the
Stanford game earlier this month. I really enjoyed myself. It's a great
school, the atmosphere is nice, and I really liked the people in their
program."
Fryer has yet to determine where his next trip may
land.
"I'm just taking my time, weighing all my options
right now," he said. "I'm not sure where I'll go next."
His list of calls this month include: Ole Miss,
Purdue, Notre Dame, Boston College, Rutgers, Army, Kansas, Colorado State,
South Florida, Georgia Southern, Iowa and Duke.
Through the first two games of the season, Fryer
(5-11, 205, 4.4) has rushed for more than 300 yards, caught 70 yards in
passes and scored six touchdowns. As a junior, he established himself as one
of the Sunshine State's top players when he rushed for 1,700 yards and 17
scores.
