Jacoby Brissett is one of the top quarterback prospects from the Sunshine State. Brissett, 6-5 and 225 pounds, is from West Palm Beach Dwyer. He helped his team to a state championship in 2009 and is now getting ready for spring ball.
"The off-season is going good," Brissett said. "I am just starting to work out but I have been throwing."
Brissett has a bunch of scholarship offers from some big time programs. So far Boston College, West Virginia, Florida International, Rutgers, Marshall, Wisconsin, USF, Georgia and Minnesota are all in the house.
