Milton's
Bruce
Hall, a 6-foot, 185-pound dual-threat quarterback, has an early list of
schools that fit his playing style. Kentucky, Wake Forest, South Florida and
Navy have all offered him a scholarship.
"My best attribute is my mobility and being able to avoid
pressure," he said. "I can beat people with my arm or my legs, kind of like
Donovan McNabb. He's one of my favorite quarterbacks.
"I'm looking for a program that will fit my style. That's
the thing about Kentucky, Purdue and Clemson. (He's received high interest from
the latter two as well) They've all got great offenses. Kentucky is a team that
throws the ball all day, all over the place. It's pretty much like ours at
Milton. That's also SEC football, which is big for me."
As a junior, Hall threw for 2,200 yards and 18 touchdowns
while rushing for 900 yards and 12 more scores. He's a member of the Rivals.com
Florida Top 100
team
and one of the nation's highest rated
dual-threat quarterbacks.
Hall is also an excellent student, sporting a 3.0 GPA and
having recorded a 24 on the ACT.
"Education will also be important (in his decision)," he
said. "I'm going to look at the whole program, both athletically and
academically."
