Bruce Hall has shuffled his
leaders as the clock winds down on his college decision.
"I've had a couple of in-home visits in the past few
days that have changed things," said Hall, a member of the Rivals.com
Florida Top 100 team. "My top two
teams are Wake Forest and Middle Tennessee.
"Coach (Andy) McCollough and three of his staff members
just left. Having that many coaches here was really cool. It showed me how much
they want me up there. I also had a visit from coach (Jim) Grobe from Wake
Forest on Wednesday night. They had sort of slipped off my list, but they're
back in there now. The visit gave me a chance to have a long talk with the head
coach, and he explained what kind of opportunities they had for me both in
football and academics."
Hall (6-0, 185, 4.6) had previously listed Ole Miss and
South Florida as his co-leaders, but he said both schools have recently picked
up players at his position.
"I was scheduled to go on a visit to Ole Miss, but their
coach told me they got a soft commitment from an in-state quarterback, and
they're probably only going to take one. So I'm not going to go on that visit
now."
As a senior, Hall passed for more than 2,000 yards and
20 touchdowns and rushed for more than 1,000 yards and 14 scores.
