Florida OL has two favorites

Clermont (Fla.) South Lake offensive lineman Carlton Medder may not get as much publicity as some other linemen in the state but don't let that fool you. Medder is an excellent prospect and one of the best in Florida. The 6-foot-4, 327 pounder has four scholarship offers.
Carlton Medder has received written scholarship offers from Georgia, Tennessee, UCF, and Wake Forest. He says he's been getting numerous phone calls from college coaches since September 1st.

"Yeah, I've been getting a lot of calls," Medder said. "Florida State, Tennessee, Maryland, Ohio, NC State, Georgia, UCF, and West Virginia I know have called."
Medder has a top four and of those he has two clear favorites.
"I'm leaning towards Tennessee and Georgia," Medder said. "Then Florida State and Miami. That's the only four I can think of."
He hasn't set up any official visits yet.
"I've just been telling the coaches what's been going on with my games and stuff," Medder said. "We haven't really talked about visits yet."
Carlton Medder attended the Florida-Miami game in Gainesville last week and would like to attend the Tennessee-Florida game in Knoxville later this month. South Lake High School lost by a touchdown to Ocala-Vanguard last week and will play South Sumter on Friday.
