The Latest: Just two weeks ago Class of 2018 Hampton (Ga.) Dutchtown defensive back Trey Dean was just hoping to catch the eye of any college coach. After impressing enough at Florida to earn an offer from the Gators, he has spent the last 12 days working out at various events, including the Rivals250 Underclassman Challenge presented by Under Armour, and added offers from the likes of Oregon State, Minnesota and several others. According to Dean, the offer from Florida means the most, especially considering it was his first offer as well as his most notable.

In His Words: "I just kept grinding and knew that my time would come and it finally came. Florida has always been my dream school. My cousin Ahmed Black played there, too. I like their style, how they run things and I really like their coaches. I visited in the spring and this month and I plan to go back in July. It's a very nice campus."

Rivals Reaction: Florida saw enough from Dean to extend an offer and will likely work him out again on campus when he visits next month. Dean also has upcoming visits to North Carolina and Wake Forest and looks like he's well on his way to hitting double-digit offers by the time his junior season rolls around.
