Grice is considered one of the top linebacker prospects in the Sunshine State in the Class of 2011.
"My strength is that I read the field well. I also have good speed and I am a big hitter. If there's something I need to work on it's my coverage skills."
Right now, Grice is receiving a lot of attention from schools both in and out of the state of Florida.
"Right now I now that Florida State, Florida, South Alabama, and USF are all looking at me. I know there are others. My head coaches know those schools."
Last weekend Grice attended the junior day at FSU.
"It was a great day at Florida State. I met with players and we all got along well. I felt the love of the new coaches and the new head coach It was just great day.
"I am going to USF this weekend."
Grice is also planning to attend a spring practice at Florida and visit Alabama.
"To me the coaches are important and academics are big. Playing time will come. I am not worried about that because I will practice hard."
