Florida LB enjoyed trip, will take more

Titusville, Florida linebacker Ronnell Sandy took his first official visit to Kansas State. How did things go in Manhattan?
"I had a real good time," the 6-foot-1, 210-pound Sandy said. "It was real cool. This was the first trip I had been on ever like this. It was a new experience."
What impressed Sandy the most? "The facilities were extremely good. They were top notch. The campus was nice too. There were lots of things that were positive."
Despite being impressed, Sandy said he remains undecided. "I don't know if I'll go there or not. I want to see what other schools have. I'm for sure going to visit Tulane. It's probably 50/50 between K-State and Tulane."
Sandy is scheduled to visit Tulane on Dec. 15, but that trip may have to be reworked. "I've got a chance to play in an all-star game that day. I may rework the trip."
"Coach (Jim) Gush told me this weekend to not take to long if I thought I wanted to come to K-State. I don't have an offer from them yet, but he indicated if I wanted to come to K-State, an offer would be available."
Other schools recruiting Sandy include Central Florida and South Florida.
