Florida junior getting heavy interest
One of the top offensive line prospects in the state of Florida for the Class of 2008 is getting plenty of attention from college programs from coast-to-coast and has a timeframe as to when he wants to narrow things down.
Orlando Edgewater trenchman Michael Brewster has more than a dozen early scholarship offers from multiple high profile programs.

"Recruiting is going good," Brewster said. "I heard from Michigan tonight and I definitely have a scholarship from them, so that's good.
"I was talking to my coach this week and he said a lot of schools that I didn't talk to before the season started were starting to show interest. Schools like Texas, Texas Tech, Alabama and Oklahoma all have started recruiting me."
Though the Fighting Irish coach could have just as easily been checking up on Brewster's teammate, four-star safety and major Notre Dame target Lorenzo Edwards, it's probably a safe bet that the 6-foot-6, 280-pound tackle prospect is being recruited by ND.
"Coach Charlie Weis came by the school last week," he said.
Brewster also holds early scholarship offers from Florida, Ohio State, Tennessee, Ole Miss and others.
Brewster has a timeframe as to when he wants to narrow it down.
"I am going to try and cut it to six schools after the combines," he said.
