Florida jumbo athlete getting letters
Tarpon Springs (Fla.) tight end/defensive end prospect Donnel Engram has been receiving attention by way of mail and taken an unofficial visit to one in-state school for a junior day during the early portion of the 2008 recruiting cycle.
"I've gotten letters from Florida State, LSU and Alabama," Engram said. "I also have heard from Central Florida and South Florida."

The 6-foot-3, 260-pounder traveled to Tallahassee during the weekend for the Seminoles' Junior Day event.
"It was a nice visit," he said. "I got to go up there and watch their spring practice. They didn't offer me or anything, though."
Playing time will be important to Engram when he has the chance to make a decision.
"I will be looking at how early I can play," he said.
