Florida DE knows of one visit

Clarence Murphy is a three-star defensive end prospect from Hollywood Hills High School in south Florida. Murphy and his teammates are now into two-a-day practice sessions.
"Things are going pretty good and we just got done with our second two-a-day practice," Murphy said. "I will be playing defensive end and defensive tackle this season. I am now 6-3 and 230 pounds and I have put on some weight. Last season I was playing around 210 pounds."

According to Murphy he has scholarship offers from Wisconsin, Maryland, Florida International, USF, and Colorado State. Some new schools could be in the mix.
"Ole Miss, Michigan, Minnesota, and Oregon are all new schools on me. They are starting to actively recruit me.
"I haven't set up any visits yet but I plan on visiting Wisconsin this fall for one of their home games. I have been talking with them for a while. They have me convinced that it's a great school with a great atmosphere. Wisconsin is a nice location with good academics that I want. I want to get into forensics. I am not sure of the any other visits. I may visit Michigan with (teammate) Tony (Grimes)."
Hollywood Hills opens up their season in a Kickoff Classic against Oakland Park (Fla.) Northeast. Last season as a junior Murphy recorded 60 tackles and six sacks.
