Florida DE has SEC interest

Miami (Fla.) Bay Point defensive end Antoine Carter currently holds a verbal offer from one Southeastern Conference program and is planning on camping at a second in July.
"Recruiting has slowed down a little bit during the summer," Carter said. "A lot of schools are still writing letters. I still have the one offer from Ole Miss.

The 6-foot-4, 226-pounder also plans to attend a one-day prospect camp at Auburn on July 15.
"I've been running and lifting weights," he said. "I haven't really thought about taking any unofficial visits are going to any other camps. My game is up, I just have to get stronger and faster."
