Miguel Scott made his first official visit this past weekend.
"It was only my first visit, so I can't really say I
have a favorite or anything, but N.C. State was really tight," he said. "I
liked the atmosphere and the people in their program. My hosts were a couple
of guys I played high school ball with, Pat Thomas and Andre Maddox, so it
kind of felt like home. They were trying to recruit me real hard, but they
were real honest about the pros and cons, too. There's a lot more good
things there than bad."
Scott (6-1, 180, 4.49) is a member of the Rivals.com
Florida
Top 100 team and one of the top cornerbacks in the South. He
also has visits set for Rutgers (12/13), Florida (1/10) and Ohio State
(1/17).
"Those are pretty much my top four teams," he said.
"I think it will probably come down to one of those. I'm not sure which one,
though. N.C. State and Ohio State are sticking out in my mind right now."
Scott helped lead Killian to an 11-1 record as a
senior. He recorded 65 tackles, five pass break-ups and three interceptions.
