Florida DB Hill very impressed with Big Ten visit

Tallahassee (Fla.) Richards defensive back Ryan Hill, the No. 6 cornerback prospect in the Rivals.com player rankings, is back from his official visit to Ohio State. And the excitement in his voice told the story of how things went.
"I loved it, man," Hill said. "It was great.

"I learned more about the academics. Academically they beat anything in the country. You are not just a student-athlete there. The student comes first."
Hill was also impressed with the people he met while in Columbus.
"I liked the coaches and all the players," he said. "I really bonded well with them."
When asked if the cold weather bothered him, Hill said, "It bothered me when I stood outside for a long time. But I just kept moving."
Hill will now take some time off before his next trip.
"I have Alabama Jan. 13, Miami Jan. 20, and Clemson Jan. 27," he said. "I probably won't visit USC. And I might not take the Clemson visit.
"Ohio State and Miami are still my top two. It's neck and neck. It's hard to say which one I like best."
The 6-foot-0 and 180-pound Hill is the No. 17 prospect in the state of Florida in the Rivals.com player rankings. He made 43 tackles and intercepted three passes during his senior season.
