Florida DB has three on top

Hollywood (Fla.) Chaminade-Madonna safety Eain Smith is busy getting ready for his senior season and currently has three college programs on top for his services.
"Auburn is in my top three," Smith said. "The other two are Florida State and South Carolina."

Smith did not name a leader or an order of preference among the three teams.
The 5-foot-11, 176-pounder attended Auburn's one-day elite prospect camp July 15 and came away impressed with the Tigers.
"It went pretty good," Smith said. "I got the chance to talk to the defensive coordinator Will Muschamp and the defensive backs coach. I fit in the well over there."
Smith thought his performance at the camp was solid.
"I think I did pretty good," he said. "I could have done a little bit better."
South Carolina is a newcomer to the Smith sweepstakes. The Gamecocks recently offered Smith a scholarship.
"Actually they really started recruiting me hard," Smith said. "I really like the defense at South Carolina. They really have a fast defense and fast secondary."
Robert Gillespie is recruiting Smith for the Gamecocks.
Florida State has been a favorite of Smith's for some time.
"They speak for themselves," Smith said. "They are Florida State. It's a great defense. I always wanted to play for Florida State's defense."
A Big Ten program has been recruiting Smith the hardest.
"Right now, Wisconsin is recruiting me the hardest," Smith said.
Smith, the state of Florida's No. 49 overall prospect, had planned on making an early decision, but will hold off.
"I wanted to decide early, but I want to wait," Smith said.
Smith will make official visits both during and after the season.
