Florida DB has lots of attention

Saint Augustine (Fla.) safety Rashard Hall has multiple scholarship offers and is getting attention from several other programs. The 6-foot-2, 190-pounder talked about the latest in his recruitment in a recent interview with Rivals.com.
"Right now, Maryland, MSU, Buffalo, Marshall, Western Michigan, Ball State and West Virginia all have offered," Hall said. "I'm not declaring any leader right now. I'm just enjoying the recruiting process right now. I am not even sure right now. I just want to see all of the schools that I like."

Hall has made several unofficial visits and hopes to visit more.
"I visted Vanderbilt, Central Florida, Florida and Georgia Tech," he said. "I'm trying to get up to Louisville and West Virginia. I liked them all, especially Georgia Tech."
There were several things that stood out about the Yellow Jackets.
"I loved the campus," he said. "They have one of the best campuses I've ever seen. It's like a whole different city. It's in the city of Atlanta. I like the atmosphere. The coaches are real cool."
Right now, multiple schools are showing the most interest in Hall.
"Maryland, Mississippi State, Louisville, West Virginia, Georgia Tech, Vanderbilt and South Florida all are showing me the most interest," he said. "South Carolina is too. Coach Steve Spurrier Jr. said if I would have come up for camp with (Saint Augustine teammate) Carlton Lewis, that I could have gotten a scholarship offer. He's trying to get me up there. The only difference between me and Carlton was he came up to camp and I didn't."
With the visit to Georgia Tech standing out, what would a scholarship offer from the Jackets do to Hall's recruitment?
"I liked it a lot," he said. "But it wouldn't mean that would commit as soon as I got the offer. "
Tech, along with Vanderbilt, stands out for a number of reasons.
"What most interested me about Vanderbilt and Georgia Tech was the academic program," he said. "That's going to be half my decision right there. Both have a great academic program and Vandy has a great business program, so that puts them up high. I like the atmosphere. They have great players. I met a lot of their players. I got family up there, too."
There are plenty of factors that Hall will consider before making a decision. He doesn't know when that will come.
"Academics, the school, the atmosphere, the city, the way they run the program and possible early playing time all are going to be factors that I consider," he said. "All of those schools are the ones that I am heavy on right now. I've been doing a lot of research on those schools. I want to visit a school before I commit. I don't have a time limit. I could commit before the season or it could go as far as January. It just depends if I find the right fit for me."
Hall is a two-star rated prospect according to Rivals.com.
