Florida DB has first offer

Hollywood (Fla.) McArthur defensive back Kevin Holloway doesn't play for one of the South Florida programs that traditionally produces a ton of talent like a Carol City or Northwestern. However, he is a big time talent and has already drawn his first scholarship offer.
"I have an offer from Rutgers," Holloway said. "I am getting mail from North Carolina State, Central Florida and Florida State has just recently started sending me stuff too."

Holloway attended the NIKE combine at the University of Miami on Saurday. He measured in at 5-foot-8, 151-pound and ran the 40-yard dash in 4.4 seconds flat.
"My favorites right now are Auburn, Georgia, Rutgers, NC State and LSU," Holloway said. "I am going to be going to the NIKE camp in April and camp at Georgia, I know for sure."
He runs the shuttle in four seconds flat, has a 265-pound bench press and 395-pound squat, as well as a 36-inch vertical jump.
Holloway has already taken the necessary tests and prjects to be a full qualifier. He has already scored a 20 on the ACT, an 850 on the SAT and has a 2.3 GPA.
"Wherever I go I want to be able to play early," Holloway said. "I really want to play cornerback too. Location is not really something that matters much to me, but academics do."
