Florida ATH lands two big offers

Jaylen Watkins, one of the top two way athletes from the Sunshine State in the Class of 2010 landed two big time scholarship offers earlier today. Watkins, 6-1 and 172 pounds, is from Cape Coral (Fla.) High School. He plays both quarterback and in the secondary.
"Florida State and Tennessee offered me today," Watkins said. "I love the secondary at Florida State and it's also close to home for me. Tennessee is an up and coming school. I'm looking forward to getting to know the both of them."
Watkins, who projects the highest at either cornerback or safety, also has scholarship offers from Alabama, Duke, Marshall, Wake Forest, and Marshall. All of this has happened over the last two weeks, as he has become one of the hottest prospects in the state of Florida. He's an explosive athlete that is great with the ball in his hands. Watkins has very good speed and quickness.
