Flores waiting for UConn offer

It's no secret that tight end/defensive end Brandon Flores wouldn't mind wearing a UConn jersey next year. He's been interested in the Huskies for months, and now as the recruiting season winds down he's still waiting on an offer.
"I've sent the UConn coaches all my film and now it's just a matter of waiting," said Flores. "I'm hoping they offer soon, but if they don't I've got a couple of options in Albany and UMass.

"I was supposed to visit UMass this weekend but I had some basketball stuff to take care of. I'll be going to UMass next week. I'm going to try to visit Albany too. Since I'm right here in Connecticut I don't think I'll be visiting UConn."
The 6-foot-5, 240-pound prospect from Enfield (Ct.) Enrico Fermi has the ability to play on either side of the ball at the next level. Where does he see himself playing in college?
"It all depends on the college I go to and what their needs are. I'm sure they'll look at me at a couple of positions at least, but I'll step in and do whatever it takes to help the team. I feel like I've got potential on offense and defense."
