Flinn looking at all options

While teammate Lionel Smith has gotten his recruitment out of the way, Bellaire quarterback Max Flinn is getting his off the ground.
The 6-foot-2 quarterback was able to measure himself against the state's best at the NIKE Training Camp in College Station, and liked what he accomplished.

"They broke us up alphabetically the first hour and then moved us around after that into groups were played the same," Flinn said. "I did pretty well and I feel I improved my stock. I did well in the drills and throwing to receivers."
While he improved his stock, Flinn has become realistic about his future.
"I was able to talk with some of the Texas A&M coaches and they told me that I am a Division I quarterback, but that I shouldn't focus so much on the Texas', Miami's and USC's if you know what I mean," he said.
Some of the school's showing promising interest in Flinn, include North Carolina, Vanderbilt, Colorado State and Kansas.
"I'd like to go see all of those schools and probably will during the summer for their camps," Flinn said. "A lot have already been by my school."
Flinn threw for over 1,700 yards and 17 touchdowns as a junior en route to his district's offensive MVP award. He rushed for over 700 yards to boot and is academically qualified to play college football. Flinn also has the genetics for football, seeing that his father played tight end of the Texas A&M Aggies.
