Fleming waiting for more offers

Bealeton (Va.) Liberty athlete Wayne Fleming is sitting on one scholarship. The 6-foot-1, 185-pounder has a handful of other colleges keeping close tabs on him this season.
"I have one offer from Idaho State," he said. "Right now I'm just waiting for the season to start. Schools are asking for tape including Syracuse, Marshall and Temple. Syracuse told me they want to see my first three games to see how I do, then they'll see about offering."

Fleming is considering visits in the future.
"Marshall and Temple have asked me to come to games along with Idaho State," he said. "I haven't made any exact plans for any of them yet."
Two schools currently stick out to the Virginia prospect.
"I'm liking Syracuse and Temple," he said. "I like that Syracuse has a lot of big running back history and a lot of players that have gone pro. They have a good program.
"I just like all the coaches at Temple. I like the city of Philadelphia too. It's close to my dad who's only an hour away."
Fleming and Liberty open up the season this week on September 5th against Briar Wood.
"I think we have a good team this year," he said. "We can make a deep playoff run. We have enough weapons in the backfield."
