Fleming still leaning

Akron (Ohio) Hoban two-star safety Will Fleming has been leaning toward Akron for quite some time, but the 6-foot-4, 196-pounder has always left the door open to other schools that might come along after his senior season and offer him.
And Fleming, who is ranked as the No.49 player in Ohio, is hoping that still will happen.

"I've been pretty much talking to schools like Pitt, West Virginia, and then Illinois and Michigan State call every once in a while," he said. "Then Akron, Miami, Villanova, Iowa, Kansas are pretty much the ones that call regularly.
"I just sent out my highlight tape last week so hopefully I should get some new offers from that. So far I think I'm going to take an official visit to Akron sometime in November."
With offers from Akron and Hawaii on his resume, Fleming said he's still leaning toward the Zips.
"I'd say Akron is on top because I've got the offer, and I'm real comfortable with the coaches and the whole situation over there," he said. "But if some new offers come in, I'm definitely going to take some visits. I like Illinois, Michigan State, Wake Forest and Pitt a lot, too."
Fleming said he enjoyed his senior season, even though things didn't turn out so well on the field.
"We just finished up last week," he said. "We finished 3-7. We lost a lot of close games. I feel pretty good. Offensively I probably finished with like 30 something catches for around 500 yards."
