Fla. DT with eight offers
Josh Elizondo is a three-star defensive tackle prospect from Naples (Fla.) High School. Elizondo, 6-2 and 270 pounds, has one college favorite at this time.
"Duke is my favorite," Elzondo said. "They have the great education and I know I would be going to a good place to excel. It's a good team environment. I have not been there but have been talking with the coaches (Jim Collins).

"I would say that N.C. State is second and Pitt is third."
According to Elzondo he has scholarship offers from Duke, N.C. State, Pitt, Kentucky, Iowa State, Cincinnati, South Carolina and Troy. All of these offers are in writing.
"I am looking at academics and I want to find a place where they are serious about winning. I want that commitment. I plan on working all summer and won't be able to visit any schools until this fall.:
Elizondo is a strong, run stuffer. He bench presses 375, squats 495 and power cleans 320.
"I am definitely better against the run. I pursue well. I am getting better at rushing the passer but it's something I need to keep working on."
