After sitting out last season following his transfer from Georgia, the redshirt junior leads the Cardinals with two interceptions and ranks third with 42 total tackles. The highlight of his first few games came in Week 1 when Harvey-Clemons returned to face an SEC team, piling up 14 tackles in a close loss to Auburn. The Valdosta (Ga.) Lowndes product is among the ACC leaders in tackles per game.

Ray-Ray McCloud III | Clemson
No. 23 overall in 2015 Rivals100
McCloud has yet to score his first college touchdown but, given how he has performed in the Clemson attack, it is not too far away. The shifty receiver is currently second on the squad with 15 catches and has been used in the return game a bit as well, breaking off a 73-yard scamper a few weeks ago to show his capabilities in open space.

Terry Godwin | Georgia
No. 10 overall in 2015 Rivals100
The true freshman has played in all five games for the Bulldogs and ranks second on the team with 10 receptions but, like McCloud, Godwin has yet to reach the end zone. He has dazzled in practices with an array of one-handed catches and Godwin certainly appears to be one of the SEC's most promising young wideouts.

Bo Scarbrough | Alabama
No. 16 overall in 2014 Rivals100
With the likes of Derrick Henry, Kenyan Drake and Damien Harris in the Crimson Tide's stable, it might have been difficult for Scarbrough to crack the rotation even if he hadn't been rehabbing a knee injury. But the Tuscaloosa native has returned to action and got his first two carries of the season last week when he debuted in garbage time to close out Alabama's 38-10 victory at Georgia.
