the world Thursday's Under Armour All-America Game as the defensive back from
Washington (D.C.) Friendship Collegiate Academy chose Arizona over
Alabama after eliminating Florida and long-time favorite
Maryland earlier in the week.
"When I went on my visit, it was just a lot of fun -- the atmosphere-type stuff," Tabor said on Thursday during the third quarter. "They play for each other down there. I feel like I can go in and provide a spark right away."
Tabor's decision to go out west and play for Arizona has to be considered a major
upset, but this is the second big commit for Arizona out of Friendship
Collegiate Academy. Tabor's friend and teammate Jonathan Haden was
already committed to the Wildcats and played a key role in Tabor's recruitment.
Tabor plans to be an early enrollee and will report to Arizona within
the next week or two.
