Huntersville, N.C. native Derek Morris has been subject of a wide variety of rumors circulating over the last week or so.
The 6-foot-6, 350-pound offensive tackle from Huntersville (N.C.) North Mecklenburg was said to have committed to North Carolina, and the current rumor is that he has narrowed down his choices to two - Tennessee and North Carolina.
"Of course not," said Morris, laughing. "North Carolina might be in my top 10, but not my top two."
However, it is a busy time for him right now.
"I just had Florida on an in-home visit the other day and Tennessee, Ohio State, NC State and Georgia have already visited. North Carolina is supposed to come by later this week."
Already planning on visiting four schools and with all the coaches coming in, does Morris want to keep just the four?
"No, I'm thinking about maybe visiting North Carolina, but I'm liking Miami right now,” he said. “I hope I can go down there."
Does that mean that they are his leader?
"No,” he said. “Georgia, Ohio State and Tennessee are still my leaders."
