Five-star Massie visits UNC

Five-star offensive tackle Bobby Massie took his third official visit of the season over the weekend. The 6-foot-8, 335-pounder rolled through Chapel Hill to check out the Tar Heels, one of his five remaining schools.
"It was straight," he said. "I just hung out with the players, went to the basketball game. I actually fell asleep at the game, but it was fun."

Massie spent a lot of time with the Tar Heels players.
"My host was Jonathan Cooper," he said. "I hung out with a lot of the players including Quinton Coples, A.J. Blue, Donavan Tate, Jheranie Boyd, Jared McAdoo, it was tight. All those boys were cool.
"A.J. told me if I wanted to be there at North Carolina and block for him, we could do some things."
While he spent a lot of time with the players, Massie also connected with coaches.
"I talked to everybody," he stated. "I talked with Coach Browning my recruiter, he's been recruiting me for awhile.
"I also talked to Coach Davis. He was telling me how he's trying to make things like he did at Miami. He's bringing players in to put them on top. He likes me to come in and play right tackle for them.
"He talked about the opportunity there too and how there weren't too many tackles. Overall it was a good visit."
Massie will take two more visits before making his choice.
"I'm going to Alabama this week and then Georgia on the 30th," he said. "I just want to go find the bets opportunity for me.
"Right now everybody is even amongst my five schools (Alabama, Georgia, Miami, Ole Miss, North Carolina)."
The No. 1 prep school prospect expects to enroll in June once he wraps up his stint at Hargrave Military Academy this semester.
