Five Star Lineman Talks About Commitment
"It's been a dream of mine for a long time," Gabe Watson said of his commitment to Michigan. "The pressure was starting to build up and I wanted to concentrate on high school for now. I grew up watching Michigan football. So I committed."
Watson is 6-foot-4 and 320 pounds. He has a 40-yard dash time of 5.0 seconds. Watson plays tackle on both sides of the ball for Southfield, Mich. He is having a great season as Southfield is off to a 4-0 start.

"Michigan wants to try me at defensive tackle," Watson said. "If I don't like it then I can go to offense."
"Miami and Nebraska were my next choices," Watson continued. "And Michigan State and Ohio State were the other ones I was looking at."
